The was the very first level of problems we wanted to address. Then we grew with our customers and realized that once we helped our customers solve these basic needs they could focus on providing real value to their own customers through highquality product information. As we moved up Maslows pyramid of product information we began to focus on what end customers experience through their exposure to product information. This became Product Experience Management also known as PXM. Our mission was and is to provide.
Our customers with the tools and practices to deliver the best Country Email List possible product experience. Akeneo is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. What were the biggest highlights for you during this time Definitely people in general Our partners who have trusted us and are building the future of PXM with us. Our customers who relied on us when we were just starting out and those who challenge us today. The people who came to Akeneo years ago when we didnt even have a real office. And those who come to Akeneo now and are ready to reach.
The next level of digitalization. There are so many things to learn from all these people What have been the biggest surprises and lessons learned or setbacks on your Akeneo journey so far These years feel really strange both extremely slow at the same time. So many things were initiated and achieved. At the same time there are things in our original vision that we have not yet achieved. I would say its the forest syndrome you can only see the extent of the forest by climbing to the top of a tree. But you will always see a taller tree on the horizon giving you a much better view of the forest. So you go to this taller tree. You climb up. You see that the forest is even bigger than what you saw.
